Following acceptance, a refund will be given automatically. If our staffs approve the cancellation, an automatic refund will be given. In the event of a refund, please allow 3-4 days for the servers to reflect the amount in your bank account.
Items alleged to be of poor quality or damaged during delivery will not be refunded or replaced by a sample is provided back for examination; only after the investigation will we determine whether to approve or refuse the request.
Unforeseen situations may necessitate cancellation or refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
