Policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations

  • We have the right to cancel any order at our discretion for a variety of reasons, including the unavailability of products.
  • Cancellations will only be accepted if made within 72 hours of making the order and before 24 hours of the delivery date. However, if the orders have been notified to the vendors/merchants and they have begun the process of producing or shipping them, the cancellation request will be denied.
  • Orders placed under the Express Delivery category cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation requests for perishable products are not accepted. However, if the consumer demonstrates that the quality of the goods provided is poor, a
    refund/replacement might be issued.
  • If you believe the goods you obtained fall short of your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 6 hours of receiving them. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will make an appropriate conclusion.
  • No cancellations will be accepted if there is a delay in delivery due to severe weather, festivals, or other unexpected reasons.
