We guarantee that items and services bought will be delivered within 24 hours of the chosen delivery date and time frame. If you fail to do so, we will return your money, but not before that.

Delivery:

When Cravoury ships your order, you will get title and risk of loss for any items you bought. Cravoury will not be liable for any loss or damage to the merchandise after that.

When the products are delivered to the recipient, they may be damaged.

Before signing the receipt, the receiver should inspect the items provided (cakes, flowers, or anything else).
If the goods supplied is defective, the recipient should decline it and contact Customer Care right once.
Any problems with the items supplied must be notified within 4 hours of arrival; otherwise, no replacement or refund requests will be considered.
In the event that a product is severely damaged, a replacement may be supplied. Please wait at least 6 hours for the replacement.

Minimalistic and aesthetic damages will not be eligible for a refund, but may be replaced if the following conditions are met:

No name/message on the cake.
There is no name or message linked to the flowers.
Issues with the cream of the cake, the decorating on the cake, or the packaging of the flowers will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are significantly damaged.

Keep as surprise

When the ‘Keep as Surprise’ option is chosen, we will deliver the order as asked without revealing the sender's information to the recipient. If the receiver refuses to accept the order, we will provide the sender's information so that the order can be recognized and accepted. If the recipient still refuses to accept the order, it will be returned to Cravoury and it will be declared complete. Due to time constraints and the perishable nature of the present products, we will do our best to deliver the order within the specified timeframe.

Non-delivery of products

We will only be able to make one delivery attempt on your item. In the event of perishable items, a delivery attempt may be made again at our discretion, and you may be charged an extra delivery fee. If the delivery is not completed during the attempt, the client will be charged for the purchase, and there will be no option for redelivery.
